An Ode To My Wife

I am but a man. Yet, because of you, I am also more than that. You make moments like these ever more meaningful, ever more dear to my heart, and I hope you know that you’re loved more than these flimsy words could ever portray.

I was struck by this flower, it reminded me of you. Amongst a sea of beauty, it stood out, as you surely must do to all those who are blessed to know you. Beautiful and vibrant, yet so delicate and alluring, I had to capture this moment, in hopes that you could see. I hope this makes you smile, as this flower allowed me.

I thought about picking it. I’m glad I didn’t. The moment is more special for its fleetingness.

I love you. Thank you for being my wife. My life is infinitely better because of you.
